No actually all you have to do when applying for the waiver is prove with an upload of the actual Blue masshealth card and that it is active they will waive the fee

No the only thing masshealth covers is the 50$ reg fee and you get 10% off at shops if your on masshealth or 300% under poverty line but it's a hassle to waive the 50$ fee they want there $$$$ greedy uncle Sam and rich people
