Yes! I'm in my 60s now but back in 1965 we were staying at the hotel for a wedding. Back in the day kids could roam about without worries. We were in the presidential suite for three days. One night me and a friend went out late exploring when we came across this random elevator with a operator in it. There were no floor numbers in the car but it took us down. When the door opened it was dark. There were rooms with transom windows and you could see some lights flashing from televisions we thought. We walked around these dark halls and couldn't find the elevator that brought us there. I remember walking around for about 15 min until we started panicking. It appeared all the rooms were occupied or at least most were. We finally found the one elevator and the operator was there. He looked at us with a smirk I'll never forget and asked us if we enjoyed our tour! We told our parents they said ok. We could not find that elevator again. When enquired about the rooms below the employees said

Yes the Tv wouldn’t turn off in room 529. It would turn off then turn back on even when I hit the extension cord it was plugged into.
