This King room in a Best Western Plus was the worst room I have stayed in in the last 30 years. Bugs, bathroom door wouldn't shut, hole in the ceiling, no fan in the bathroom so the tiny window is left open, broken electrical plate in closet (fire hazard) dirty, tiny room, etc... The first night we arrived late after traveling all day. We arrived in the room and looked at each other in dismay. We slept on the bed with our own blankets. This is your worst hotel nightmare. There is no cancellation allowed. We left the next morning and never returned for the paid full 3-night stay, and the parking fee for 3 nights. Not sure why they charge a parking fee for the privilege of parking in the hotel parking.

The room was decent. Really only spent the night there to go to Universal studios the next morning, for which the room was good for. It's the only hotel I've been to that has a shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Didn't use them because I bring my own but good to know. Parking lot looks small but we found parking for both our cars with no problems. Only complaint, one of the rooms didn't have toilet paper, but they brought us some within 5 minutes, after calling front desk

They make you pay 9 dollars for parking. On top of that good luck with finding one. Also when I inquired about the possibility of there not being a parking spot available when I left around 6 o'clock and if I had to park in the parking lot across the street they wouldn't give me my parking fee money back. I also believe I left my watch on the bed before leaving and they said they never found it.. Other than that it was clean I guess..

3 stars is too much, the staff was very rude. They repeated twice that my card declined when I was already giving them a new card to use. Refused me breakfast even though I was only a couple mins late. Youd think for the price they would let you eat or just grab a muffin or something. There were bunch of Gnats in the shower I couldnt even shower in peace .On top of all that when the cleaning person came around and I did not answer the door , she just let herself in.
