This hotel is top notch right from front desk to lake view bistro. I stayed for 6 nights, wonderful staff. I greatly appreciate front desk staff especially Raymond Jackson for being so polite and helpful, making my stay so wonderful. Definitely will stay here again. And also very polite and hardworking housekeeping. Thank you all.

I really struggled with this review because I wanted to rate it higher, but unfortunately, some of the basics are missed here. The place looks great and the staff are very friendly. But, all hotels certainly need two things: high quality and clean towels and sheets. This place had neither. Both had stains, tears/pulls and the towels in particular were rough and left pills on my body. Also, no microwave or room service menu. Breakfast is fine if it is free, but not worth $24+ with LA breakfast options. For parking, we used the next door World Trade Center for $28 per day instead of the $50 valet. Just be careful to use the right entrance.
Joyfully His
We stayed at a Westin in Phoenix and was impressed with the brand. This was was comparable to the Marriott Marquis in NYC. It was very similar in many ways. We loved how each staff member had a commitment to detail. From the valet, to room service, and everyone in between. Our beds were comfortable, the showers had high pressure (our favorite!😍), and the food was pretty good. This place definitely made our stay in Los Angeles more convenient and enjoyable. We loved being within walking distance of so much and within 20 minutes of most everything you’d want to see/do while in LA for a couple of days. I wouldn’t take a chance on another hotel in this area, honestly. We saw people have to park on the streets and in public garages with other hotels, and this isn’t an area where you’d want to chance having to do that at night. Walking around after sunset is not recommended, obviously. This is SO much different from NYC in that regard.

Went to a conference there. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to have a conference, lots of break out rooms. The staff did am amazing job on setting up and serving lunch. The food was delicious, the chicken was moist and delicious and hot when it came to the table. Kudos to the the wait staff and the chef!!!

Yeah union station is super far from the westin bonaventure. Id just take the red lime from pershing square which is literally a couple blocks up the street and is only 1.75$
Yes, especially if your an SPG reward member, sign up online
Depending upon how you book your stay it could range from 80-150$ also what kind of room you're looking for. I will say this all the rooms are very nice and it's located in a convenient part of downtown Los Angeles.
Yes
Sure do.
You can if you want you'll be done payed 49 dollars for parking by the time you come back
When I was there last weekend the cost for parking on site was $50 a night. We stayed 2 nights so our bill was $100. That's pretty outrageous if you ask me.
I can speak for the 18th floor, red tower, and that it has a great view. Because of a mix-up, we were on the 10th floor for a day, and the view from there is sub par, being mostly rooftop. I would say that the view becomes notable starting at around the 15 floor.
Sure, but you would receive fewer Marriott Bonvoy points
Its open at 6am For breakfast and closes at 2 they have room service too.
Yes
They have more than one pool but at least one of them is heated.
The closer option between the two you inquired about would have to be LAX, by a fair margin.
Yes they do. I placed an Amazon order with the hotel address and received it without a hitch.
There was not a shuttle from LAX to that hotel while we were there..We took an Uber.
The movies' posters is on the way to ballet parking garage from lobby.
You would have to be old enough to have a credit card to hold the room
Is enough but no idea?
A lyft ranges from $40-$65 depending on time of day
I was just downtown where the parking fees outrageous. I downloaded the parking Panda app and paid $30 total for 3 days. My car was parked at the Union Bank building which it's right across from The Bonaventure. You have to prepay for the spot, and it is well worth it.
270 miles (434 kilometers) Driving can take 4 hours or so but if you drive a little faster and less traffic is in your favor without stopping you can make it under 4 hours. My friends and I would drive at night to do that. Or just catch a flight which will only take within 45 minutes or less in great weather conditions. 😊
Or even better and cheaper. From union station take the red or purple line to 7th and metro station and take a short 5 minute walk north on Figueroa and you will run straight into it in three blocks
Yes. But I'm not sure when it's open
Yes, there is breakfast available. The Bistro on the main lobby has a very nice buffet breakfast ($16+/pp). There's a coffee shop with options on the main level,, and also another restaurant that you can dine in on the floor above the lobby or so
Yes it is but make sure you reserve ahead of time or else you won't be allowed to use it. I tried to late said nothing was available yet it was empty all evening.
It is open to room service only schedule to open mid april for indoor dining
No, it is a few miles away from Good Samaritan hospital but you can take a Lyft, taxi, or Uber.
You have to reserve your time at the pool. Chances are you won't be able to do so if you're staying for just one night.
It's 0.7 miles from LA. Live. About a 15 minute walk.
Hello Elizabeth, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Search the Internet for the best rates!
Sorry don't read Spanish
Yes.
If you search Google hotels near there will give you more information, but also Hotels.com oh Priceline.com has good prices for The Westin.
Financial district downtown L.A.
I don't think they do that
I think it closed for maintenance for 2 weeks. I'm not sure of the time range though.
Uber is about $50. No shuttle service for hotel
As long as you don't wake up with a tiger in the bathroom, you should be ok.
I'd get out and walk to the Grand Central Market for some great food during the day. It's about 10 mins away. Otherwise, there's not much in the hotel, nor around it.
Yes. The Bonaventure Brewing Company has a nice outdoor sitting area. And the food courts on the fourth floor will provide you with a tray for you to enjoy your meal in the many outdoor tables and wooden chaises located around the grassy knoll.
