I was just downtown where the parking fees outrageous. I downloaded the parking Panda app and paid $30 total for 3 days. My car was parked at the Union Bank building which it's right across from The Bonaventure. You have to prepay for the spot, and it is well worth it.
They have a garage, $47 per night. UGH! However just across 4th St is a public garage for a third of that price. A quick walk across the street.
Use the hotel valet parking if you're visiting the restaurant or a bar and get it validated.
There is public parking around the corner ,south of the hotel for $ 7 a night.
Not sure how far you are coming from but Uber and the rail system are extremely convenient. Really no need for a car DTLA.
Park in the wtc (i believe). One block further that the westin and half of the price or less. I am sure it is one block next to the hotel and it is much cheaper. 3 min walk
They have paid parking
Would any flag have an impact on whether you would stay in the hotel or not?
Have no clue
