All excellent, only our coffee maker in the room did not have the Carafe for coffee. We ordered it and it never came!!!

Let me say that the room was very nice. What I didn't like was that we had to pay for parking 😒 and the other thing is. I think 3 o'clock is too late to check in you find something to do until then 🤔 😒

Cleaning was not as expected, the check in was not smooth. I was shocked from the big count of homeless in the district, where the hotel is located.

They had the detail of checking me in at 8 in the morning. Breakfast included and very good atmosphere. The bad thing is that if you don't notify them they don't clean the room.

Do not know. But if you call the hotel they will surely help you, the receptionists are very kind
I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't be 18, especially because one could easily rent the room remotely via telephone, application (i.e.: Expedia, Priceline, Trivago, etc...), and the web. I don't believe any of those avenues would validate your age,, other than submitting a major credit card and authentication for using it.
