It is a recommended hotel. There is no need to use the parking lot. You can park on the street. It is a very safe place.

This is the first bad review that I ever give to a hotel globally - considering that I travel for work for a few month every year, this probably could tell you how bad the experience was. 1. I have been to the hotel a few years back - it was not bad, which is the reason that I come back - so if I had any biased view about it, it's on the positive side. 2. The room smells the first day I checked in (mixture of smoke and mold) - but the hotel staff told me firmly there is no alternative, so I just took it. I can't bear it after two days, so I called the hotel staff(after many different tries as they barely pick up the phone), they came and told me they will fix this. It become better the next day, but then back to the same smell after that... 3. There is almost no way to contact the hotel for service other than going down to the front desk and talk to them. There is a phone number they display everywhere in the hotel telling guests that they could just text the hotel for anything they need - but the fact is, they barely respond(1 out of 5, let’s say). A few occasions I just go down to the front desk and ask why they don’t respond, they have all kinds of excuses: “I just logged in” “I just came back from bathroom” - without a “sorry” at all. 4. There was one day that the cleaning lady didn’t come to my room to clean at all till 4pm - then she knocked the door. I told her I’m in a meeting that I can only let her clean at 6pm. She refused to, and 2 minutes later the hotel staff called me saying that won’t work. I asked why there was a whole day and they didn’t do the job, she is like “Then please talk to my manager about it” with a very bad attitude. 5. In general, I would say the service is very bad and the attitude of the hotel staff is horrendous. Guests pay 300+ USD per night for a good service in a good hotel, but what they gave is pretty much the opposite.
