The attention at this hotel is absolutely incredible. Paola, from the front desk, is a true asset to her team. She anticipated every need and helped me solving every little issue (parking, cost of breakfast, getting batteries, water). She took care of things proactively, and always with a very positive attitude. The room was also very clean. The hotel has a nice garden and the location is good for going to work if you are in a car, since you tend to go against traffic.

Generous, rather dignified, but very relaxed atmosphere, very comfortable beds. There is a welcome chocolate chip cookie to kill for, so delicious! Also worth noting are the large bar in the lobby, the reasonably priced Justice restaurant (see the website for the map), the Japanese roof garden and the fitness center. About the location: City Hall is diagonally opposite, Little Tokyo and Chinatown are within walking distance. There is also a 7eleven right next to the hotel for catering. Clean, spacious environment. If you want something more rustic, you can head south to the Fashion District. In short: highly recommended!

We arrived 1 hour and 50 minutes early and had to wait 2 hours to check in. Four receptionists chatted happily at the reception for the whole two hours and didn't pay us a glance. Bad service! Rooms are getting old, like the whole hotel. I would not recommend it. The only ray of hope was the super nice waiter at the breakfast buffet.

No, parking ranges between $42 for self park and $48 for valet parking.
Pretty standard Doubletree...not high end
Most places are about $15 and up , but parking site is right next door , they have valet so you won't have to worry about that
Would recommend not bringing it.
You can visit the garden without a problem. However, sometimes the garden is reserved for special events and is only accessible to invited guests.
I have been there recently and for me they charged around $40 per day. Next to the hotel there are few parking places available at lesser rate.
Call the hôtel and Try to Book directly With them to get à Best deal How ever this location is not in Dow town.

By car 20 minutes (or more depending on traffic). You can also take the train but its a different neighborhood completely
No anyone can enjoy the garden. It's not rooftop. It is ground level.
