Good location, rooms are old and rundown but reasonably clean. The lady that works the front desk is a miserable hag. The day we checked out I asked if i could leave a couple bags for an hour so I could go pick up our rental van. The lady said no and could not offer any reason for why I couldnt just leave my bag in the lobby or behind the desk where there was ample space. Just a stone cold no go F yourself. We were forced to rig up and dangerously carry 3 very heavy bags on a Vespa scooter in order to get to our next destination. Apalling customer service!

Walls are super thin, you will be up all night listening to everyone else. Old used cigarettes left in the room, cold and dark. Bedding was covered with holes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This lady was trying to scam people by getting their credit card information and ID information. She will charge/use it somwhere else!!!

My Room was OK, but it's true that the front desk is rude and not guest friendly.

Regarding the first question, I don't know, I can't help. Regarding if they speak Spanish, I will say no. They neither speak it nor make any effort to understand it. The receptionist is very bland, she speaks poorly even in English.
They allowed it but were very grumpy about it.
