The staff was great. Shout out to benjamin for keeping the residents comfortable and welcoming. Over all this place needs better managers cause there's a big lack in communication.they refuse to provide me with a receipt for the 6months that I have been living at this Airbnb.

The house is ok, the guests are nice. The guy that takes care of the place Ben is terrible.He wakes up hung over and flips out on people. He used one guests shirt to wipe down toilet, He throws peoples food,clothing and toiletries away. He doesn't want you to cook food in the house.he will throw away your cooking appliances he is rude and creates drama for people.He is the last person that should be managing a guest house. A total loser.

I booked a bed in a room at this place in 2018, and upon arriving in Los Angeles I was informed by an employee who was already busy. I was very surprised because in Booking it was "available". She suggested to me another hostel - Downtown Mansion- that, unless mistakenly, her son was the manager. I paid an extra 15 dollars to get there at the Lift and another 100 dollars for 3 days of accommodation, in the end I ended up being disrespected and expelled. I found that it was decadent and of poor quality. He the manager defrauded everyone and expelled guests from the hostel to free the rooms and make them available on Booking! Thanks to all these inconveniences, my experience in Los Angeles was the worst possible and I hope you are not mistaken about these places!
