Positive: Very clean and quiet. Parking turned out to be very convenient and inexpensive for the area. Lots of amenities and attractions in walking distance. Negative: The two Queen room listed here is actually two twins. They do not have a 2 queen room. Breakfast was uncovered bread and fruit on a large table where people were sitting. Didn¿t feel unsafe but between the street and parking there were several needles.

It was okay. Good location and 7-11 across the street. Staff was nice. I stayed 3 nights. The first night there was no hot water in the shower and I had to take cold shower. The last 2 nights I was not happy because the fire alarm went off and it was false alarm.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Never ever again. For two nights it was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. As we told the lady at the front desk, she sent somebody upstairs and replied later, that „there was no noise“ as she walked through the corridor. Thats outrageous as the noise was in our room and not in the corridor first, second she let us feel like liars. That’s not how you treat customers. They offered discount as we complained AGAIN, told us the manager will reach out to us today - we neither received a message nor the promised discount, no reply to none of my 4 emails. WOW. Besides that, the smell in the hotel room was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel NEVER.

The real benefit of this hotel is proximity to downtown. It's not in the best neighborhood (but the security is great), the rooms are tiny (but are you really spending a ton of time in your room when you're not sleeping?), the bathroom is tiny (OK, this part sucks), but everything else is shadowed by how close to everything you are. The front desk was great, I never had any problems, and the beds didn't hurt my back - all in all not bad.
