I like walking the track, especially on the hot days. I am enjoying water aerobics with Kate on Tues & Thurs.

I see a lot of people writing bad reviews for minor personal inconveniences. This is an amazing facility. I’m able to work out, play basketball, get in the sauna, and go for a swim all in the same day. What more can you ask for? If you had a tough year, ask a manager about the financial assistance program. They use your W2s to calculate how much you should pay

This is my first time belonging to a sports center. I enjoy the variety of the classes. The space is clean and welcoming. I would love to see more offered in the middle of the afternoon, like 4-5pm. I am a teacher, and therefore I start school early in the morning. A 6 or 7pm class is too late for me.

This place has allowed me to get to the gym 4-5 x a week, for up to 2 hours, while having a playroom for my two kids. The Quincy Y has been vital to the enormously positive change I’ve made to not only my fitness level but my health overall.

The Y does have Pickleball courts. In Quincy they're available Tues and Thursday from 9am-noon. If you're a member it's free to participate if you're a not a member you can pay a fee to play.
There are no senior hours posted, but there are water aerobics classes that seniors take in the mornings.
I would suggest checking the YMCA website

Yes check web site for times
Maybe at Hanover
You should talk to the front desk people. They will help you.
I have never witnessed it. But I believe we could keep a gang shower cleaner because alot people will spit and urinate in a private stall where they won't in a gang shower.
You may want to take family membership and then look up the monthly schedule flyer for lap swim, family swim etc. All this information is available on their internet and you can also call them.
Yes, it's called exercise.
