One of the Biltmore's claim to fame used to be that the guest had his or her choice of having a blue room, or an orange room, yellow, green room, etc. Does the Biltmore still do this??

I have stayed multiple times in that hotel the last few years. And I have never heard of that. But I have only had positive experiences in this hotel for years. I am always happy to return. Some businesses don't realize until it is too late how important it is to treat customers right. This place knows how to make their customers feel appreciated. I highly recommend this place.

You can request that kind of accommodation.

You may have to ask the concierge, the person with the gold keys on their lapels. They are the ones who will go the extra mile for you as long as you are polite and courteous.
