do you require a painting permit for exterior painting, residential and multi-family?

I did not know that RED in more than 36 buildings throughout SoBe and black in 10 others were considered "pastel colors" I think the rules do not apply equally to all tax payers

city of miami beach, has Standard colors, pastels, you need a exterior paint permit, by owner if is residential, by contractor if property is under corporation, and multifamily or commertial also required a co tractor.
