If you have a special structural inspector for a house under permit by City of Miami Beach, do we have to call the city inspector for the same inspections already approved by the special inspector??

Unless things have changed since I last worked for the CMB Bldg Dept, it was a requirement and the inspector would look at the logs. Feel free to call Chief Ibrahim Alvarez or Lance Baccus for clarification and let us know.
