I rented a car online and reserved a certain class of vehicle. When I showed up two hours later (the time on the reservation), the type of vehicle that I reserved was unavailable. The staff handled the situation very well. Apparently, the car that entered the system which allowed me to make the reservation was in an accident, so it could not be reserved. The staff looked for another vehicle for me and within a few hours had me in what I requested. Additionally, they were kind, thoughtful and caring the entire time through our interactions. They showed they truly cared which means a lot! A huge thanks to them for their effort and positive attitude.

You can return the car to the MIA airport where they have a complimentary Shuttle service to the Port of Miami. Just make a call to Alamo and change the return point.

More or less between 70 and 80 dollars a day. But if you move within a 10-kilometer radius, you should use uber or Lyft. But it is almost mandatory that the Pay by tool (sunpass or similar) to travel on the Miami and surrounding highways.

While in San Francisco I decided to return the car before the agreed date and in the center instead of the airport. There was no problem, I was credited the difference between the days and the cost of moving the car to the airport
