I live 2 blocks away and switched to this location from 5th street and since I rent something twice a week it’s a very convenient location for me . Terence and Mary are very professional and super friendly, always welcome with big smile and doing amazing job. Without any doubt, I will continue to use this location. One point for manager of this location to consider: you don’t have check out point so we part at the garage next door and bring you the key. For my last rental I got an extra day added because the car return was due at 2:18 and I returned it 2:15 just on time but it was processed at 15:31 so the system automatically added an extra day. I contacted Sixt and it was corrected without any issues.Today I am returning my car again ( at 9:00 ( die time 9:41) so I am curious to see if the extra day will be added again. I will keep you posted -:)

Initial experience at pick up was great as far as Sixt service and available vehicles go, however, since this was my first time renting I didn’t notice the vehicle damage list in my email until hours later and a windshield chip was missing. But a Horrible experience between Priceline and Sixt. Priceline website gave an error during booking and told me to select a new vehicle, doing so I ended up with 2 bookings. Sixt employee in Miami told me I would not be charged for both and would only be charged for one, however in following days I was charged for both pre paid reservations. Priceline tells me to contact Sixt who after waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes twice, one person places me back on hold. So I decide to wait until the return to address the issue, and then get told my the employee at the return location to contact Priceline or the pickup location that he can’t do anything, or to try calling them if the charge doesn’t drop off. He gives me the direct number to the Miami pick up location, and I have tried multiple times but no one picks up. I have also emailed the Miami employee multiple times with no response after he did give me his contact when I picked up. First time using Priceline and Sixt and after this and now trying to get the charge refunded, I won’t be using it again, luckily this was a one off instance of driving from Miami to tampa and dropping off the vehicle and not having a one way charge helped lower cost against the normal rental car companies. I typically don’t leave reviews, but if you’re like me and like to have actual customer service with people who you can talk to then don’t bother with Sixt or Priceline for that matter.

Mary was helpful, fast and efficient. Car was in great condition and cleaned very nicely. Pick up process was straight forward as was drop off. Would defo use again.

Service was excellent, the car was a little late. But the staff really made everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The car was excellent (Ford mustang cab) the return was easy. I will use them again. While I was there at least 3 people went in to rent a car with only one ID. Remember to always hane 2 forms of ID, this is common in the US. It makes the whole process easier.
