Hell yea, also better If you get there before anyone else after fresh snowfall(sry if thats too obvious). Trails can be quite compact in late winter and only require microspikes.

I'd try snowshoeing on some of the trails adjacent to the Basin. There are a lot of trails in FNSP, some pretty hilly but I'm sure you will find appropriate terrain.
