We went on a Monday before closing for a short hike and didn't run into a soul. It was beautiful and the winding road to the park was a fun twisty ride. Though it is on a very narrow path.

Off the beaten path, awesome adventure. The drive is a classic windy road, which narrows, then becomes one lane. Parking lot entrance off from where Google Maps said it would be but it is well marked (coming from 101 just keep on going). Steep incline at the beginning of the trail head...but an amazing grove. Simple loop, rustic trail, pretty well marked.

It has one bathroom, no changing station. The trail is kept up nicely. Some steep parts of the trail, but should be able to handle a stroller. There were families there with young children.
Day use only. No camping allowed.
The area of montgomery woods that I know about doesn't allow for camping. It is just a nice hiking trail. No dogs allowed btw.
