I had insurance with them and canceled because they raised my rates. When I went to cancel the lady I talked to was so rude and said she was going to cancel it but then didn’t so I got emails saying I was past due and owed a bunch of money. I called them and talked to someone named nick he was super helpful and got everything sorted out if I could rate my experience just with him it would be 5 stars but that lady she was just so rude.

I called before I came to the DMV to get my license plates I called them to put my new car on the insurance so when I got to the DMV I wouldn’t have a problem they told me everything was all good now. So I came to the DMV I looked for my insurance for my new vehicle and it’s no where to be found so know I just stood at the DMV for no reason I keep calling them and no answer very unprofessional 1 star for not being on it I’m paying 400 and some change for this type of quality very disappointing.

My agent never answers the phone. We were in an accident yesterday, and as usual, I had to call another agent for help. My assigned agent went to vm, again. I've only been able to speak to him once, and when I needed someone to answer, crickets. I wish I could change agents. We may start shopping again because of this.
