My husband and I moved from Chicago to Fort Collins and we looked at over 30 apartment complexes before choosing Habitat! We’ve been here 2 months and loved the location! We’re a bike ride/walk away from our gym, restaurants, Old Town, and Rolland Moore Park. The leasing professionals (especially Shaun) are really friendly and helpful in getting us moved in, answering questions, etc.! And the maintenance crew is super responsive to fix our broken window parts. The building itself was old but it feels renovated & modern now. The only downside is that our bike was stolen at the shed outside our apt a few days into living here!! So make sure to double lock your bikes. We also smelled weed once in our apartment coming from another unit, but we reported it to the office and immediately they responded with letters reminding Tenants the no smoking policy within the building grounds. Update: our SECOND bike in front of our apartment got stolen within a month! My bike lock was cut. Unbelievable. I don’t know if there’s enough security in this apartment complex. At this point our loss adds up to $750 in property damage.

It's not the fault of the staff, mostly a location issue. Just don't move here if you ever want a good night's sleep. Loudspeakers from the highschool sports games and constant parties in the hot tub even though it is supposed to close at 10PM. I have had to call the non-emergency police multiple times on college kids yelling, blasting music, and throwing bottles out there. Pool lights shine straight into my bedroom even through blackout curtains. Looking forward to moving somewhere that I don't have to wear earplugs every night.
