Update 9/28/2022: Still the best place to live in Fort Collins! The entire staff goes above and beyond. A special thank you to Wendy for helping with my account issue promptly and thoroughly! Update 11/4/2021: Google would not allow me to add another review, but I would again like to provide some guidance to anyone looking to rent. I have lived at Alvista Harmony for over 2 years now. Without a doubt the best community in Fort Collins! The office and maintenance staff are amazing, I've never had any major issues in my apartment but even minor repairs are addressed promptly by the friendliest and best office and maintenance staff ever! The grounds are beautiful, the pool and hot tub are amazing, the gym and Community Center always spotless. It's a quiet neighborhood -- and there's plenty of parking!!! Close to shopping and the highway, anything you could possibly need is just a short drive away. If you're looking to rent, definitely check it out!! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings 7/2021: ALVISTA HARMONY is a great place to live! I've never had any major issues but when I have called or submitted a maintenance request, they are very responsive. I've lived here 2 years and they tended to my issues the same day. The property is clean and safe, and the pool is open!

When I originally wrote our review, 3 years ago, it was wonderful place to live. However, Greystar then bought the company and it quickly went downhill. Since they took over, I would not recommend moving here. They did remodel several of the apartments. But we had several issues with the apartment to the point that we often would end up fixing it ourselves because trying to get them to fix it was a bit of a nightmare. Upon move out, they nickel and dime us by charging us several full month rent when we were only there for 7 days. Please don't move here.

Sure it's expensive, but the apartment is nice and the maintenance is *very* good.
