I have lived here for 2 years. It is a quiet complex in a beautiful, convenient neighborhood and I love my 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The maintenance staff is responsive and kind. Renewing our lease this year was a headache and took a week to get the rate and payment straightened out, but Dana the business manager did come through and an email sent to all residents improved communication. Still some work to do but I am hopeful so I have upgraded my review.

Everyone at miramont apartments was very helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure that we got into an amazing apartment as well as everything was up to date and just absolutely peaceful. It made moving so much easier for me.

Raised my rent 30% in a single year. Wish I had known how badly they would price gouge me so I could have saved myself the expense of moving twice within 12 months. Large corporations like Lincoln Properties are ruining America's prosperity with their corporate profiteering.
