Inconsistent rule enforcement. Pets are not monitored well. Aggressive dogs near north end entrance attacked me when I walked by. noticed animal urine dripping from second floor balcony.

Come to Oakbrook 1 and fill out an application. Thats what I did. They have some openings.
You have to be disabled or 62 and over. A dog is permissable if it is under 35 lbs unless it is a service dog
