New Belgium is, in my opinion, Colorado’s staple semi mainstream beer. I know that you can’t really elevate any of CO’s famous breweries above another, but I feel like the success of New Belgium is a good representative of Colorado beer culture. American beer culture. I really like all of their beers. 1554 for a stout, fat tire for an (amber) ale, and of course voodoo ranger IPA. If you like wheat beers, then keep an eye out for mothership. Mountain time is good for a lager. We actually took a tour a couple of years ago and it was cool to see the Fort Collins operation. At one point we were shown massive barrels that have been acquired from European breweries and an explanation for the process of making a sour. At the end we were all given a FRESHLY bottled Fat Tire! Yes it was slightly better. They also have a tap room for anyone to enjoy some sips. Definitely an experience that anyone living here or visiting, should participate in. Definitely a company that any American or Global citizen should enjoy.

100% expectations exceeded. Favorite brewery for so many years and now I had the chance to visit. The honey orange tripel was killer. I need to go back and pick some up to take home back to Phoenix. I had an opportunity to chat with a local family and they were so down to earth and hear company. Thanks for introducing me to 1985..... Premium brew!

Truly the best tour I've been in Dave is the best guide!

Great place. Try and do the tour, great time. LOVE there beer. Dog friendly, always a good thing.
You certainly can! And there is usually a different food truck each day.
No Skinny Dip this year, but you never know. We've released it a few different times in years past.
No, we still do Abbey. We just do it on a limited basis. You also might have to request it at your local beer store. There so many beers out there now, it's hard to get shelf space for everything.
Yes, otherwise you'll be waiting a while
Yup, dog friendly.
yes. at least i have seen dogs in the outdoor yard
They have beer to go. 😁
Yes. Check out their website.
Depending on where you park it may be allowed. There are a lot of places in the area that have varying rules for parking.
That is pretty old, but if it hasnt oxidized, it should taste pretty good. Pop it open and let us know. I had some Abbey Grand Cru from 1997 that was still drinkable.. barely tho. :-) Sours certainly have a solid shelf life if in dark and chilled.
4ever foooorevvvvvvvvvverr. Jk little over an hour i think. But time flies when your drinking great beer.
Supermarket liquor probably is the best source
Yes it's called Gluteny (: it's at least gluten reduced if not fully gluten free it's good
Unfortunately, we discontinued Sunshine in 2017. If you love Sunshine Wheat you might enjoy our new Fat Tire Belgian White!!
I dont know. Why not contact the brewery?
Yes, they have a schedule posted om their website.
They will let you bring your kids...check to see how full the tour is
I dont know, perhaps call them?
New Belgium is the brand. Some of the beers they produce are Fat Tire, Abby, Old Aggie, Sunshine, Accumulation
Not from their website.
You can buy them on ebay, or through other websites. Google Fat Tire neon sign, and you'll see a variety of options.
Unfortunately we're not brewing that one this year. Give Frambozen a try instead.
What do you mean?
No plans to brew that one anytime soon, but you never know. We bring back old favorites all the time.
