I have a bottle of La Folie that has been in the fridge since 2008. Still good to drink? I always thought that this beer became better with age. Is this true?

That is pretty old, but if it hasnt oxidized, it should taste pretty good. Pop it open and let us know. I had some Abbey Grand Cru from 1997 that was still drinkable.. barely tho. :-) Sours certainly have a solid shelf life if in dark and chilled.

Agree. It should be good. Sour beers and high abv beers cellar well. As long as it has been cool and out of the sun it should be fine
