Hello Dr. Gazonas, Our juice bar is 100% organic, and washing is part of the preparation process before we use the produce. Our juice menu typically does not include sweeteners. The only juice items that are sweetened are our lemonades, and you will see it listed as an ingredient on the label. We use organic agave to balance the tartness of the lemons.
