The customer service was excellent! I had an appointment and they only had one mechanic working. They told me from the start that they were running behind and were very apologetic. They actually finished pretty quickly and both of the guys at the counter were so helpful and friendly! I would definitely suggest getting some new chairs for the waiting room, but not really an issue.

I bought tires and alignment service from Tire Kingdom. From a long road trip I saw the VSC light was on and I went in this shop for a quick check up on VSC light today and the technician has no problem helping me out to scan my Toyota Sienna and recalibrate the system where needed. Great service!

Yes it's ridiculous. George is very rude I went to have brakes replace and they never put back the key to unlock my tire in my car. Get to find out it's a habit and George was like so what you want me to do. That came with the car it belongs to the me "the customer" & if you remove it just put it back. They had a full draw keys. Poor service and it's sad it's coming from management. Not going back there.
