My family and I lived here for a year and were very pleased with the community and staff. Over the year of living there we seen many improvements to the community on keeping it clean and safe. I’d also like to add the assistant manager was very personable, kind, knowledgeable and helpful everytime I went to the office.

Save yourself the money and the hassle. The reviews speak for themselves, do not rent from this complex. I've lived here 3 years. Every year the rent goes up, but no improvements are made to justify. The office staff are unprofessional, they close the leasing office hours early or whenever they want. Bugs, junkies, poorly kept facilities, constant police presence, hidden fees - its all true. In Response to the owner: Do you mean the "upgraded" online stuff that is now required to access the pool/ gym but doesn't work? Or the "upgraded" laundry facility where the machines are broken and/or your clothes get STOLEN? Or perhaps the upgraded tiny trash cans we are now forced to pay for and use instead of the city trash dumpsters? So now everyone's patio has to have trash sitting outside days at a time because they don't pick up on the weekends or just whenever they feel like.

Ever since Michael and his team took over managing Ramblewood, it has become a much nicer place to live. This team cares about how thungs are run, maintenance requests no longer go ignored. Luis in particular is extremely prompt and kind. Recently they got new patio furniture for the pool and got rid of the dumpsters and hired a trash pickup service that picks up the trash at your door. This has considerably improved the look of the neighborhood, as we no longer have overfull dumpsters with broken furniture and old mattresses surrounding them. They also hsve had a few community engagement activities recently, including a pool party cookout and a nacho party.

I have just recently moved into this community. From the moment my child and I walked into the leasing office everyone was very helpful. Meshawn was amazing and very helpful gave us information that I didn't know about. Michael was very friendly and helpful as well. When I turned in my move in paperwork to the leasing office I was freaking out about loosing my bathroom screen. Along with a couple of other screens that had came off and a leak under my kitchen sink. I let the office staff know and Luis was out the next day to fix the issues including getting a bathroom screen made for the bathroom. I called the office on Friday to find out who the maintenance man was that was out. Brendon called me back with that information. A couple days later my bathtub was full of water. I called the office that morning and Luis had come out while I was gone to fix it. He called to inform me that they would have to have a plumber comeout the next morning. As we were unpacking we heard water running and noticed the bathtub was filling up with water again. I called the office and spoke with Meshawn to inform her of the issue. Maintenance was out within the hour to look at it and get it fixed. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the office staff and maintenance crew for working so promptly to fix my issues and being so kind.
