RUN as fast as you can from this place. I could make an itemized list for all 12 months of hell living here. Instead I will give a short version which includes window peepers, attempted shootings, mismanagement, unhinged fees while living here and moving out, illegal apartment entry, and general refusal to be cooperative or do important maintenance like fixing water heaters (took over a month). I have moved 40 times in my life and rented 10+ apartments. None are great but this was literally the worst place I ever lived. Total scam through and through. In fact, avoid Greystar property management in general. I would give negative stars if possible.

If I would give this place 0 stars I would. We came to look at the apartments and take a tour we waited 45 minutes for them to get off of a “break” just to find out they where closed and the lady was trashy and no class it was embarrassing. No apologies no empathy even though we had an appointment set up she said she couldn’t do anything? Do not live here the whole place is trashy and if you run into her beware of trash and to get treated poorly

We were told they have to install washer and dryers in our units, that we can not opt out. They are taking the large closet in the primary bedroom to do this, so I now have no where to store my clothes and shoes. Not to mention when you try and ask them questions or get a time frame on this installation, especially since I work from home, they don't answer the phones or even talk to you. I tired to go to the front office and the girls working didn't not have any answers and were just "filling in"...... This management is not communicative, does not answer questions or the phone ever. They tell you to call, but no one answers. I am glad we are leaving in a few months to a larger space, but this place the past year has been awful. I would not recommend moving here, unless you want them constantly needing to get in to your apartment to install something else or zero communication. We lived here a year before this new management and things were fine, the apartments were older/not updated, but at least the old management communicated more and did not make our lives more difficult.

If you're looking to lease and they're telling you that they're going to install a washer/dryer in your apartment... Just know that they told all the residents that in April. They were supposed to start in May, but we haven't heard anything about it.
