Over the past 3 years my internet bill has gone from a monthly rate of $34.99 (a promotional rate) to $58. There has been no change in my service. That’s a 67% increase. Disgusting!

Can I increase my plan to unlimited for 1 month (due to travelling) then decrease it after I get home back to my usual plan (because I use wifi rather than eating up data when I'm at home).

Yes. You are allowed to modify your data allotment in your plan. Make sure you are making the changes based on your plan cycle dates.
Our internet on North College goes down for 15 to 45 minutes EVERY DAY between 6-7 PM, and between midnight and 2 am EVERY DAY! What is going on?? I've tried calling and speaking to a real person, but cannot get around the stupid automated system!

I am having issues with certain channels that are Spanish version that should be in English version. How can I get these switched over to English. I have done the reset process but those channels have not changed. How can we get this switched?

No local number exists for the store, we have a call center that takes our calls, to actually talk to someone you need to go to the store. We can focus more on our customers if we don't have the phones going off every few seconds. Hopefully this helps.
