I have been a patient at Rocky Mountain Family Physicians for over 20 years. The medical team is fine. I loved Dr. Samuelson. I rated with the overall two stars due to the billing and records department. I have called two times and have also followed up by now two (very polite) handwritten notes. My need is simple -- just a 5 or 10 minute phone call to simply explain my bill. After four attempts to reach out to records and billing department, I have been ignored. No response. Nothing. Not acceptable. I am leaving the practice. UPDATE: Due to the letter I left with the front desk lady, who was very helpful, I finally got a phone call from someone in their billing department. Too late. I have already found another medical practice. But, I am sad over this situation! A simple phone call, early on and at my first request, could have avoided this entire fiasco. I wish them all the very best.

I met my new primary Amelia today and she was absolutely a breath of fresh air. This is what the medical community needs to go back to! Its been a LONG time.since I've felt heard and listened too, and this office and staff is OUT STANDING!! I didn't think I was going to find an office or practice like this again out there but I did. Thank you ROCKY MOUNTAIN FAMILY PHYSICIANS! This is the practice I want to remain for the rest of my life! UCHEALTH was a living nightmare, full of medical bullies, unprofessionalism, medical gaslighting. ROCKY MOUNTAIN FAMILY PHYSICIANS again is breath of fresh air! This was my new patient appointment and I was IMMEDIATELY blown away, and my provider took the time to listen and have a conversation, answered all my questions, and was really enjoyable. You can tell when you walk in this is NOT corporate medicine and you can FEEL the immediate difference. I just feel that I can't thank ROCKY MOUNTAIN enough, or praise their practice! Thanks again guys! You ARE AMAZING!! I would definitely, definitely, no hesitation to recommend this practice and providers AT ALL!!!! And I already have recommend them to my family!!! This place is the BEST!!!!
