We had a very positive experience with Dr. Lockwood. She provided affirming care, actively listened to my concerns, and also provided LGBTQ-friendly care. The team at the practice was kind and accommodating.

Went to AFM Urgent Care on Labor Day for an acute sinus infection. After waiting an hour, I saw Dr. Musgrave, who was worthless. Uncaring and unconcerned. I told him I have dealt with sinus infections in the past, and steroids and antibiotics usually get me back on my feet quickly. He said that steroids are not a recommended treatment for acute sinus infections, and I told him that I had been treated in the Horsetooth Office by one of his colleagues with steroids a few years ago. He basically called me a liar and said he did not know a single medical professional who would prescribe steroids for a sinus infection, and that he won't prescribe antibiotics until symptom have lingered for 2 weeks. So, after waiting over an hour, I was sent away with no treatment for the condition I went in for. I am sure they will bill my insurance company several hundred dollars for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Dr. Musgrave is incompetent- If you go to AFM Urgent Care in the Horsetooth Office, I suggest you ask not to be assigned to him.

Doctors are cool, but who cares if you can never see them? Do not look for a primary care doctor here. They'll get you one, but then when something comes up, you can't get in to see them for 4 - 6 weeks. I'm pretty sure that when you are sick, the not feeling good part won't wait a month because your doctor isn't available. Asthma doesn't take a break because there isn't a doctor to see.

I broke my tibia and my doctor told me to visit this urgent care because they didn’t have a splint to give me. Turned us away saying they don’t take Medicaid even though it says on their website they take Medicaid.

Hi Lee, AFM is vaccinating according to the state's distribution plan. We are receiving a very limited amount of vaccine but are reaching out to eligible patients when able. You can also visit AFMnoco.com/vaccine for more details on AFM's vaccination efforts. Thank you - Team AFM
