I was scheduled for a new patient intake appointment at 5:30 so I came in early at 5:15. After 4-5 pages of typical chiro questions I was ushered into an exam room for another 4-5 pages of chiro questions on a computer. Probably 6:00 by the time I finished and was receiving a physical exam…. Rolling up on 6:30pm now. I get sent to get X-rays in another room. All of the sudden I hear… “can we have him come back tomorrow”? Pshhh… the blonde taller kid that was gonna do the X-rays and adjust me tells me they close at 6:30 and I need to reschedule. I’m out! I came to square one maybe 2016 and followed all the rules and spent a bunch of money and I did feel a lot better. I felt like maybe I would be looked at as an existing patient… not the case!
