Just went in there to buy a keyboard and spend at least 500 dollars. Nobody acknowledged me, dirty floor, no prices on some items. No wonder people turn to Amazon.

Makes you feel like you can't ask for help. And why are the people that are working the lessons side not knowledgeable enough to answer questions or get up and help you. Just kept putting it on the guys who work the main store. Any employee should know the products and be able to answer questions.

We walked in and their employee, Travis, went above and beyond to walk us through everything patiently. Travis patiently answered all our questions, taught us what we needed as well as recommending options including ones that were not very expensive. He was very transparent, helpful and even suggested alternate options for these. We felt no pressure to buy anything from here, in fact, we noted down all the things he recommended to check elsewhere too. Due to the exceptional customer service Travis offered, we decided to buy all the equipment we needed from here. I would highly recommend this place, and yes, please ask for Travis. You will not be disappointed.

Yeah, good luck. It's usually always something really simple like that but you feel stupid when you find out what was wrong. Happens to me all the time. Have yourself a good rest of your week!

Hello! I have Fender Model Gemini II E, Electric but i put in speaker have no sound. Are you repair that happen in my guitare? Thank you

David, if you take your guitar to Guitar Center, they can figure out what is wrong. As Chris said, you need to plug into an Amplifier of some kind. If you are doing that, you may need a battery for the preamp in your Acoustic Electric guitar.
