I checked if Connexion was available in a home I was considering signing a lease. I called Fort Collins Utilities and was told Connexion was there and needed to be installed. I ordered electricity and Connexion (I was provided an install date about 3 weeks out) then signed the lease on the new place. About a week later I received an email from the city saying they couldn't install Connexion and were sorry for the inconvenience. They offered a free month of service when it became available. I wrote and called a number of people because I was now really upset that I ordered other services PLUS signed the lease on this home. Fort Collins screwed up and like any other monopoly simply says, sorry, too bad, oh well. The folks working at Connexion, particularly Senna, was not happy at all and said she couldn't understand why I was promised an install date if it wasn't available. The City of Fort Collins then told me it could be 5-6 months before it's available and we're going into winter! High speed internet is critical to my job and I am now stuck with a lease and PITIFUL/TERRIBLE service from Comcast. This has been an awful experience on the part of The City of Fort Collins.

Internet is OK but TV has problems. We cannot watch recorded programs for 2 or 3 hours after recording. It does not always show when a program is being recorded. They have been working on this for several months and can't figure it out. We are about ready to switch back to former provider.

Front desk young man very unhelpful re: connexions residential set up information. Customer service lacking for seniors requiring more assistance in changing cable providers. Forced to stay with Comcast.

Hi Joyce, if you choose to use an Amazon Firestick there is no additonal charge. You will only pay the monthy cost for TV service. Thanks!
Hi Ingrid, all neighborhoods within City Limits it will be part of the orignal build out. Any Growth Management Areas (GMAs) will be servied once they are annexed into the City Limits. Hope that helps!
Neither...fiber optic. You can connect the router with ethernet or wireless on your home network.
