The process to move from a different state into NY can be really stressful but we have nothing but praises to the way Shawn has helped us handle all the moving details: from the application, through the sign of contract and arranging all the little details in between so the transition goes smoothly - he even took the time to wait for our arrival the night before thanksgiving so he could give us the keys and explain all the details of contract and locations around Hawthorne Ave ..we are very happy so far, specially due to the staff, also the location is very central, 5 mins drive from train station, neighbors are friendly and our apartment seems well maintained .. looking forward to our stay around here this 2022.

If you are looking for an apartment complex that will let you have a non-working dishwasher 18 months look no further. The maintenance man's real title should be neighborhood watch captain since he has not fixed anything in the apartment for for well over a year. This apartment complex can do way better in the level of customer service they the provide because the excuses not to mention the I get off at 5 attitude resonates to well among the staff and forces the residents to basically just give up and tolerate circumstances and maintenance issues that are not a problem at other places. In the meantime if you decided to move here be prepare to file complaints with the housing authority if you expect any maintenance done. Covid is no longer an excuse, planes, trains, and busses still moved with masked individuals providing services, if anyone at corporate is reviewing these Google reviews please send someone over with a mask to fix this dishwasher that has been broken for 18 months because the excuses are now bordering on disrespect, and I'm certain many other possible violations that the NC housing authority should be investigating. If they can ignore a broken dish washer for 18 months just imagine all of the other possible health and safety violations that are happening without anyone following up or addressing concerns.
