If I could give less of a star than 1, I would. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The security is a joke, the office management is horrendous, and the quality of life here for the money you pay is not worth any of the (somewhat) okay qualities it may have. My partners brand new car was stolen and totaled off the property and not a single word was mentioned about the multiple car break ins nor the actual theft itself. the vehicle still ran so we needed to move it and park it in the lot until our tower could come from 2.5 hours away to get it. Within 24 hours they threatened to have it towed- even though it still ran and only needed to sit there for less than 48 hours . The walls are incredibly thin so you will hear everything, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to not have upstairs neighbors that bang, stomp and threaten your physical safety with firearms like ours have (we have had to call the police multiple times and consult with a lawyer, because the office would not help us handle the situation with them). Your emails will go days and sometimes weeks without a response, and the office closes at random times making it impossible to refill your laundry card since they have approx. 1 machine and it’s located inside their office, so if you don’t catch them before a 5 day closure or holiday- you have to wait. The grounds are constantly covered in dog poop and debris left from kids playing and other trash because there is no enforcement of any “rule” they claim to have. Overall, I do not recommend a single aspect of Aspenleaf. There are better quality apartments who charge less and will offer more.

Great location, close to shopping mall and CSU. Only thing I didn’t like here was the thin walls…

Extremely thin walls. Can hear everything the neighbors do. The apartments are average. The floors are awful so it’s always noisy to the people below. The leasing staff are the worst people I have ever met. They never listen to you if they have decided to take action against you. They pretend to be all nice at the top. Avoid such toxic people. So unprofessional and money minded. All they care is about business. PLS STAY AWAY FROM ASPENLEAF. There are much better apartments in Fort Collins. PLS AVOID THESE APARTMENTS AT ANY COST.
