Complete lack of empathy and concern for patients. Especially those dealing with emergency/urgent care concerns. Took three days for the office to call back. Front staff was carrying and apologetic. However, Dr. Miller called back and reprimanded to the point of tears. Would expect an empathetic approach from a neurologist treating a patient with long term diagnosis. The emotional distrust, frustration, and anguish the patient received is now felt by the patients family. As with any business you can choose what clinic/doctor you go to and we will no longer utilize this practice or doctor nor will we recommend it to others.
