I I worked with two different Office Depot customer representatives who gave me great customer service. Their names were Tate and Jonah. Both of them were very helpful and went the extra mile. However, one of the managers named Gavin was very rude to me to the point that both of the other employees were embarrassed and went above and beyond to help me with my order. It’s very clear that this store is short handed in help with a very inexperienced and overwhelmed manager. If these 2 other employees hasn’t stepped in to help me out it would be the last time I would do business at this store. Thank you Tate and Jonah. Gavin needs to be replaced and probably let go at this point.

Was looking for a dorm room desks chair. They had lots of choices, but most over $200 each. Those under $200 were not good options for a 6 foot tall person.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that the prices are a pretty high, however, they had plenty of things on sale so I was able to get what I needed without spending full price.
