I made an appointment for my annual QCM on my 2020 F-150. I told her that I was going to wait and asked how long it would take. I was told 1-1/2 hrs. I checked in the day of my appointment 10 minutes early. After 40 minutes the truck was still parked in the lot. I asked at the service desk what's up. Then they moved the it to another spot in the lot. After 15 more minutes it was still not being serviced. I canceled and left. I hope Ford reads this. I paid extra $$$ for premium service. If that was premium service I can't imagine what less service is.

Our Ford F250 had check light on, took it to Redwood Ford on June 7th, also change oil. couldn't finish working on the truck. Didn't change oil either. Kept it overnight, changed oil next day finally found out they didn't have the parts, for the Turbo, so they will order them. Will let us know when they arrive. 2 weeks later, haven't heard from them. Called, oh yes the parts are in. Why didn't they call?!! Let's see how long this will take. Communication with service is terrible. 6/23/22. Truck back in for service (replace Turbo) at 0830 this morning, should take 6 hours. Update, they called will take a little longer; maybe 8 hours. Please keep us updated, service said, "we'll call back at 4PM for update." 4:50PM. Service hasn't called! Stay tuned, let's see what happens on Friday 6/24/22.

Yesterday, I went through their inventory and used their website to reserve a price on a vehicle and book a test drive for this morning. I also called yesterday evening to make sure the vehicle was there and ready. Jaden assured me it would be held for me, full of gas, and ready to go, and I arranged financing with the bank for my vehicle. This morning, I am told it sold late last night, anyway. This is an embarrassing practice and they clearly don’t hold respect for customers.
