This is a great company. I really wish The County of Mendocino would drop WM & pick these guys up instead. If u live in city limits feel lucky u get their service & u dont have to deal with WM crooked admin.

I have never had a pick up problem with this company. I’ve called them once or twice with questions and I get an immediate response. I’ve emailed them with a question or two and got an immediate same day response. Their rates have gone up considerably, but what hasn’t? I am very satisfied with their service!

Deserves 0 stars. I've lived here going on 4 years now and all of a sudden I have 3 "contaminated recycling" charges adding up to $75 on my bill?! They said it was plastic bags in the recycling, we don't even use plastic bags and they said there were no photos of the contaminated items so how do I know these were even in my bin? On top of all of this we never got any sort of warning or heads up that we supposedly had contaminated items in there so they are just going to fine us blindly $25 on every garbage pickup. Easy solution, I'm just going to stop using my recycling bin, I'm sure there will be some sort of fine for that too. Make sure you're checking your bills every month, these people are robbing you.
