I wouldn't come here the rent is too high & they have a community water bill here. My water bill was over a hundred dollars. Last month I had to pay 272 dollars for my water bill. Your water bill is connected to the whole entire building/unit. My lease is up this year & I'm moving out.
Yes. Tear that thing up and check out Grande on the Bay. They are very close to Melrose for the same price but much nicer and the management is excellent. Save yourself the headache and check them out it will be well worth the extra application fee. Good luck!
