I have been renting a 1 br here at Midway Court for the last six months. I am very happy with my apartment unit, all of my maintenance requests were taken care of in a reasonable time period. Thank you very much to Natalie, Alice, and everybody at Hendricks for renting to me and for giving me my lease extension for 2022!

I have lived here for 8 months going on 9. My lease was up after 7 but decided to stay since they have been so nice! Everytime I need something fixed maintenance comes right out to fix it. I put in a request last night about my AC. Nate the maintenance guy came first thing this morning . Not only did he fix it....he went above and beyond. I left and when I came home he replaced my blinds that were in the kitchen that he must have noticed was broken and also replaced the screen. So thank you Nate and the crew here at Midway. Whenever I need repairs, they r right on it with a smile...they spray for bugs periodically, the manager is sweet, professional and a real caring person. The premise is clean. We have new washers and dryers and a light in the he parking lot area as u come home. Antly complaints about the pool and they have the pool people out there pronto...ty Anne Arndt

I had nothing but issues with my apartment.. leaks, paint pealing,on and on and on.. The management does nothing to fix the problems but the minute you are day late on rent they are all over you. I moved into new upgraded apartment and all the cabinets fell apart. They say it is a family apartment complex but the poor kids have nothing to do no playground or anything. They walk all over the residence by threatening them with fines or evictions if you do not bow down to them. I had to move out because I cannot handle the smell of mold in my apartment because of the air conditioner leaking. My advice is to stay away from these apartments and look elsewhere oh yeah and if you want to get high just walk around the apartment complex and you will get high off the smell of weed.
