I've been calling for the past year, here and there i live one street away and have been trying to apply for these apartment but office is always closed, even during business hours stated, I've called numerous times but can't even leave message. Its a shame, looks like it could be a nice affordable place to live.

There is a waitlist application available online, but in order to reserve an apartment you must pay the application fee and holding deposit in our office. Thank you for your interest in our community!
We examine rental history as part of our screening process. The application fee is non-refundable but the holding deposit will be returned if the applicant is not approved during screening.
Our community is part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Rents are designed to be affordable for those who make 60% of the area median income. Applicants must make at least two times the rent amount but no more than 60% of the area median income to qualify.
