Toyota Prius. The tires all installed well but when they did the alignment the steering wheel was all crooked, I took it back and they checked it again, they told me that it was fine, I drove it back to the house and it was still crooked, I should not have taken it anymore that the steering wheel was fine and they left it wrong. I had to take it straight to the Toyota dealer to fix it. I think if they should check the software of the equipment or tell the mechanic to check the manufacturer's specifications of each car well so that it looks good. By the way I did not receive a refund
