I made an appointment for a routine tire rotation…. showed up a little early to find the shop extremely busy. I told Nick Martinez (Service Manager) that I’d be waiting at the location until it was done and he was able to get me back on the road shortly after!

As tourists passing through, we had a flat tire on a Sunday. We were told it would take 2-3 hours and after 2 and a half hours our tire was fixed. I brought a tire in and asked them to repair the tire it had a hole in it and I ended up leaving it there for almost 2 weeks I forgot to pick it up but when I did pick it up they told me there would be no charge I was surprised I have been to pep boys a lot and they have always treated me very well even for a woman they still give me the respect that I deserve
