Never enough tellers. Entry door is locked so you have to walk all the way around to the bank entrance. Chase is better

Sometimes parking takes a while because of bad drivers. As for service, I've had better experience in this location than other BOA. What do you expect from a bank?

Horrific service! After waiting in line for 25 minutes to deposit my check, teller asks why I don’t do direct deposit which is none of their business and then speaks to the manager to “verify”. After another 15 minutes, they cannot help me and ask me to ask my employer for another type of check. This branch is beyond unpleasant as it feels like you stepped into North Korea and that’s the same type of service you receive. I felt marginalized and I can see how they can misdirect and hurt people that are of a lower socioeconomic level. Avoid at all costs!
