Oh Encompass, where should I begin. First off the one star rating is being highly generous. Unfortunately the half to no star review is unavailable. Let's begin with your "trained medical professionals". I've encountered wilted mushrooms with more sense and knowledge than the half wits you employ! (My apologies to all half wits everywhere). The so called therapists are lazy, unsympathetic, and are probably better qualified to scrape gum from the underside of restaurant tables. The phoney smiles and hollow we cares that your "staff" offers would be better suited folded up, and used to wipe the patients backsides. So in short DO NOT SEND, I REPEAT DO NOT SEND your loved one to this facility!

The list of violations and malpractice are outrageous. Falsified temp recording by Dr Coughland and unwillingness of Rickey to listen to my MPOA ask repeatedly to check me out, ended with a life threatening illness. 31hrs after forced release 911trip to ER. 10 days in icu & then rehabilitation where I was exposed to Covid. It has been six weeks now and I'm still not well enough to be released. My sister had complained before, she had made an appt with David Rose for 5/11@3pm, strange how my casemanager Rikay called her Tues 5/10 & demanded she pick me up at 11am thursday 5/11. Rickay refused to facilatate my transfer to a place recommended by Mat at Oasis, even though it was private pay, she would not return the calls from TX APS until I was booted at 3:08pm. My papers said temp 97.5, but it was 100.5 in less than 30 mins. I was dehyrated so badly. Sepsis because Encompass did not treat the UTI Seton Ascension diagnosised.

(Nadia Cabinta) I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience as an RN working here at Encompass. The management shows much care and support and every staff member I’ve encountered has gone the extra mile to be helpful every time I’ve needed anything in the workplace . Everyone I have worked with here, has put in their best efforts to support teamwork. I appreciate most of all the kindness and compassion in which I have noticed the staff members serve the patients with . I highly would recommend this facility to any of my family , friends, loved ones , and acquaintances.

I just want to thank the staff for treating my Mom Kathy so well. They treat her like family and she loves all the staff, from PT to RT they all do a WONDERFUL JOB! I just can't say thank you enough and this is the best rehab facility in the country.

Hope this helps. 1. Search for records in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, database, EDGAR. 2. Look at a form W-2 or form 1099 that the company issued. 3.Search the IRS Exempt Organizations database to find an EIN for a nonprofit organization.. 4.Call or email the company's accounting department and ask for its EIN.
I only worked there as a security guard but if I remember correctly if the patient has a address and a point of contact to be received then one of the ambulance services can help to get the patient to the destination as long as proper care is available for the patient at the delivery address
Not sure to be honest
