Very informative! Good selection of materials to give a comprehensive view of Yakama history and culture.

Great place to find out who they are what they endured and how they remained vigilant and steadfast in their quest to remain a vital part of their legacy and future.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The local art curated around the impressive life-sized diorama was excellent. We did a self tour and listened to the educational recordings. But the gift shop... Seemed more about Chinese imported trinkets than celebrating Native American culture. They really need to replace their buyer. I mean immediately. With the exception of a few hardback books and Pendleton blankets, they can just donate or dump everything in the gift shop and start over with objects of relevance. Somebody needs to jump on some serious fundraising for this Cultural Center before it degrades further. It was saddening. I still recommend going for the tour and helping to support them financially!
